Retired U.S. Army Captain Chad Fleming is a highly decorated war hero who deployed 5 times after becoming an amputee. He is one of the few who have been able to redeploy into combat as an amputee.

After serving with distinction, and receiving numerous awards and decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal, two Bronze Star Medals with Valor, and three Purple Hearts, he retired from active duty and still serves our country in other capacities.

Now, Chad Fleming has made it his mission to help fellow veterans and service members to find their own Success After Service.

What Does Success Mean To You?

Homeownership

You have served your country. You have earned your VA loan benefits. When you are ready to buy a home, you deserve a lender who understands your VA benefits, and who recognize that your service and your dream of owning your own home are important.

Integration

Many veterans struggle with re-integrating into civilian life. The causes for this struggle can vary; so too can the solutions. Community and a newfound sense of purpose can help a veteran find a way to use their skills and can-do attitude to improve our society. It’s an unconventional way to serve our country, but one that should not be overlooked. Check the Resources page for more.
